QA/QC Introduction

In order to make sure the quality of every product to meed customer's requirements,we have a professional team in quality control department,and we call for every employee to take part in the proceed of incoming material to final output control.There are totally more than 20 methods to be taken in quality control process.

The aging test and grading test is the most important quality control for the battery.Therefore,we have more than 1000 aging test channels.And make sure every product must be charged&discharged 8 hours above.After grading test,we strictly control the internal resistance and voltage.
